EPDM

EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) widely used in low-slope buildings. EPDM is famous for its long lifespan and low maintenance. It can endure various weather conditions, accommodating building movements, resisting algae and moss growth, and it is commonly made from recyclable materials.

EPDM is a Single Ply system that comes in two primary installation methods: fully adhered and mechanically fastened. The main difference between these two methods lies in how the EPDM membrane is attached to the roof substrate.
