Kelowna & the Okanagan • Commercial • Residential • Repairs ROOFING EXCELLENCE

Exceptional service with no delays. They booked me as soon as I called even though it was a small repair job. They were fully prepared when they arrived and got the job done fast.

Premium Roofing did an excellent job! Communications with the office was great. The crew was fast and clearly know what they are doing. We had a few extra items that needed dealt with and they showed pictures and handled it with no problem and at a reasonable cost. Cleaned up when they were finished. I would recommend them.

The crew (Parker, Isaac, Sebastian and Primo) at Premium Roofing went above and beyond our expectations when replacing our roof. They arrived early every morning, worked diligently, kept us updated on the project, did great work, and are overall just very good people. Our two little kids loved to say hello and watch them work and the crew was so kind to them. Parker even brought our kids gifts on the last day which was so special and unexpected. Thank you so much to the team at Premium Roofing!

We were really impressed with the team from Premium. Total professionals from start to finish. They were polite and explained everything that they were going to do to fix our problem. And even went above and beyond when they realized there was more that needed to be taken care of.

Premium Roofing did an amazing job! Jess and his crew where professional and kept a clean work site and the job is top notch. I highly recommend Premium roofing for any of your roofing needs!

Premium Roofing Jerod is a top notch outstanding employee. His roofing knowledge and professionalism is recognizable. Russ and Jerod completed a great job for us at the Lagoons. Thanks Premium Roofing for a job well done.

Very impressed with this company. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous and the whole process was done in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend this company.

Had a leak in my skylight. 3 companies quoted, but only Rhema from Premium Roofing called me from the roof to explain my problem in a way that I could understand, and the quote was honest and fair. One company told me I needed a whole new roof and the other company's quote was more than 10X what Premium charged (for real). Premium quoted quickly and finished the job quickly. Thanks Rhema and Premium!

Premium Roofing Ltd provided professional and prompt service. Both the office and roofing staff were courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. They came quickly to examine my roof, provide a solution and quote, and the roof was repaired within a week from my first call to them.

The process that Premium uses from beginning to end including the follow up is outstanding. The supervision, roofing crew, and office staff involved with our 're-roof' project were very professional, courteous, and highly skilled. In the future we do not plan to consider a different roofing company which kind of says it all.

Premium roofing was extremly professional! We asked them for a roof inspection. We were quoted for two different repairs and we chose the more expensive option (just to be confident that we wouldnt have any issues down the road). When they came to do the work and after closer inspection, they found they didnt need to do the more expensive option and let us know right away, even giving us a partial refund! Its hard to find honest companies nowadays, but Premium has been honest, proficient and communicative. I highly recommend them! Thank you Premium!

Just read a news story where this company was asked to quote a roof repair and discovered the client was a heart surgery survivor in financial distress. They fixed his roof free of charge. To me this kind of generosity speaks volumes about the company and the owners. I will definitely be contacting them when the time comes to do our roof.
