An honest answer on repair or replace.
Nothing goes on the quote that we can’t show you. If a repair can solve the problem, we’ll tell you, and if your roof is in good shape, we’ll tell you that too.

Our office is at 1502 Sutherland Ave #202 in Kelowna, open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
We work the full valley, from Armstrong and Vernon down to Penticton: Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland and Summerland. We also take jobs further out, including Salmon Arm, Revelstoke, Oliver, Osoyoos, Big White and Merritt, where a travel fee may apply.

Warranty and financing.
Our work is backed by a 15-year workmanship warranty on applicable installations. It covers defects in installation and labour: if an issue comes up because of our workmanship within the warranty period, we repair it at no cost to you.
Whether a repair carries a warranty, and for how long, depends on the roof and the job, and it is set out on your quote.
Homeowners can finance the work through Financeit. Pre-approval uses a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score. Ask about it during your free estimate, or see our financing page.

Is the quote really free?
Yes. The inspection, the photos and the quote are free, with no obligation. Formal inspection reports, for insurance or a sale, are available for a fee, and in towns further out, a travel fee may apply.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
We do not quote a roof we have not seen. Too much of the cost lives in things a photo will not show: the state of the deck, roof access, how many layers are up there, the number of penetrations and how complicated the flashing details are. So we come and look first.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
Not usually. The inspection happens on the roof, so you do not need to be there for it. We will let you know if anything about your roof means we need access inside, which is not often.
My roof is leaking. What should I do?
Call 250-258-8600. We stop the water first, then fix the cause. Outside office hours, leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
