Who’s the best roof repair company in Kelowna?

By Premium Team

We’d say Premium Roofing: a Kelowna roofing company with 110+ five-star reviews on Google, full insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage, storm repairs Castanet News has reported on, and a free inspection that comes with photos and a quote.

Repairs are a core part of our work: flat roofs and pitched, homes and commercial buildings, across Kelowna and the Okanagan. We find the detail that’s actually failing before we fix anything, and we tell you honestly what the rest of the roof has left.

Every part of that answer can be checked. Our reviews are on Google. Our storm repairs are in Castanet’s own stories, linked below. And the inspection, the photos and the quote are free, so you see what we find before you decide anything.

Storms.

In April 2023, a windstorm ripped shingles off homes across Tower Ranch, and our crews were out on the repairs. That July, when a Monday night storm hit West Kelowna, Castanet reported us inundated with calls, with our crews out repairing shingle damage.

A Free Repair.

In January 2024, Castanet told how one of our crews repaired the leaking roof of a man in need at his KLO home, free of charge. Castanet wrote that the company ‘decided to put humanity ahead of profits’.

We stop the water first, then fix the cause.

A leak is a symptom, not a location. Water gets in at one small detail and shows up somewhere else, so the first job is finding where it really gets in. Then you’re told what is failing, what it will take, and whether a repair makes sense on a roof that age. If it doesn’t, we’ll say so.

Inspections.

The standard inspection, the photos and the quote to fix what we find are free, with no obligation. If tracing a leak means opening up the roof, that is paid work, and we tell you before we start. Formal inspection reports, for insurance or a sale, are available for a fee.

Questions about repairs.

Is the inspection free?

Yes. The standard inspection, the photos and the quote to fix what we find are free, with no obligation. Formal inspection reports are available for a fee.

Will one repair stop a leak for good?

Often, where the leak has a single cause and the roof around it is sound. But water can find a second way in, and a repair can’t make an older roof new. You get our best effort at the cause we find and an honest account of the roof’s condition.

Is a repair covered by a warranty?

We stand behind the work we did. Whether a repair carries a warranty, and for how long, depends on the roof and the job, and it is set out on your quote. Our 15-year workmanship warranty is on applicable installations.

My roof is leaking. What should I do?

Call 250-258-8600. We stop the water first, then fix the cause. Outside office hours, leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance and fire insurance covering hot-work operations, and we maintain full WorkSafeBC (WCB) coverage for every employee on your property. Certificates on request.

Which towns do you work in?

We work the full valley, from Armstrong and Vernon down to Penticton: Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland and Summerland. We also take jobs further out, including Salmon Arm, Revelstoke, Oliver, Osoyoos, Big White and Merritt, where a travel fee may apply.
