Roles

Positions We Typically Hire For

  • Roofing Foreman / Lead Hand
    Lead crews on residential and commercial projects. Manage on-site operations, coordinate with project managers, and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Experienced Roofers (Flat & Pitched)
    Install, repair, and maintain flat and pitched roofing systems including torch-applied, TPO, EPDM, asphalt shingles, and sheet metal.
  • Roofing Labourers / Apprentices
    Assist roofing crews with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup. Learn the trade from experienced professionals on the job.
  • Sheet Metal Technicians
    Install custom flashings, trim, gutters, and architectural sheet metal components for roofing projects.
  • Estimators / Project Managers
    Assess project scope, prepare accurate estimates, manage timelines, and coordinate between clients, suppliers, and crews.
  • Administrative Support
    Support daily operations including scheduling, invoicing, customer communication, and general office administration.
For Crew Roles

What We Look For

  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to work at heights and perform physical labour
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Experience in roofing is an asset but not always required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
