What We Do

Re-roofs, repairs and maintenance.

A townhouse complex is many homes under shared roofs, and often more than one kind: pitched roofs, with flat sections between them. We do both, so one roofer can look after the whole complex.

We re-roofed the townhome strata at the top of this page over one winter: new IKO shingles on the pitched roofs and a torch-on layover on the flat tops.

It depends on what it is roofed with. Asphalt shingles, torch-on and TPO last 20 to 30 years, EPDM 25 to 30, metal 40 to 60, and tile 50 years and more.
We do not quote a roof we have not seen. Too much of the cost lives in things a photo will not show — the state of the deck, roof access, how many layers are up there, the number of penetrations and how complicated the flashing details are. Estimates are free.
We provide a 15-year workmanship warranty on applicable installations. It covers defects in installation and labour: if an issue arises due to our workmanship within the warranty period, we’ll repair it at no cost to you. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately and vary by product.
Yes. We carry fire insurance covering hot-work operations and commercial general liability insurance, and we maintain full WorkSafeBC (WCB) coverage for every employee on your property. Certificates on request.
Yes. Send the drawings and we bid by your closing date. See new construction.
We work the full valley, from Armstrong and Vernon down to Penticton: Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland and Summerland. We also take jobs further out, including Salmon Arm, Revelstoke, Oliver, Osoyoos, Big White and Merritt, where a travel fee may apply.
