Emergency Roof Repair.

Roof leaking right now? Emergencies go to the front of our line, and we stop the water first, then fix the cause.

Emergencies come first.

Call 250-258-8600 and tell us water is coming in. An emergency goes to the front of our line: we get to it before our other jobs.

We repair leaks and storm damage on flat roofs and pitched, homes and commercial buildings, across Kelowna and the Okanagan.

01

Leaks

Water almost never enters where it appears. It gets in at one small detail and drips out somewhere else, often at a light fixture. Finding where it really gets in is our job.

02

Storm Damage

Lifted or missing shingles, peeled membrane edges, torn edge metal. With shingles or a vent gone, the roof is open, and left alone it will leak.

03

Ice Dams

Water backing up behind a ridge of ice at the eave gets under the shingles and into the ceiling below. We repair what it damaged, and look at the cause too.

Our crews after Okanagan storms.

In April 2023, a windstorm ripped shingles off homes across Tower Ranch, and our crews were out on the repairs. That July, when a Monday night storm hit West Kelowna, Castanet reported us inundated with calls, with our crews out repairing shingle damage.

Stop the Water.

With shingles or a vent gone, the roof is open. An active leak usually gets a temporary measure first to stop the water, then the permanent repair once it can be done properly.

Find the Cause.

Water gets in at one small detail and shows up somewhere else, so the first job is finding where it really gets in. If tracing the leak means opening up the roof, that is paid work, and we tell you before we start.

Fix It Properly.

Repairs are made with material compatible with what is already up there: the wrong sealant or the wrong membrane on a patch fails faster than the thing it replaced. We tell you what else we saw, so the next repair is planned instead of an emergency.

Kelowna and the Okanagan.

We work the full valley, from Armstrong and Vernon down to Penticton: Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland and Summerland. We also take jobs further out, including Salmon Arm, Revelstoke, Oliver, Osoyoos, Big White and Merritt. A travel charge may apply to any site visit there, estimates and inspections included. Depending on the job, we may waive it, or take it off the price of the project once it’s fully approved.

Finding it is our job. Knowing where the water shows up inside is useful, but it is a starting point rather than the answer — water travels before it drips.
Yes, we work with insurers on storm damage and other insured claims. We can help guide you through the claims process.
An isolated failure on a roof with years left is worth repairing. Widespread damage, or a roof near the end of its life, usually means a new one. We will tell you which one you have.
