We do both. See our roof repairs page.

A roof inspection checks the condition of your roof, and we show you photos of what we found. The inspection, the photos and the quote are free; formal inspection reports are available for a fee. We recommend an inspection once a year for most pitched roofs and twice a year for flat and commercial roofs, plus after major storms and before buying or selling a home.
Process & Timeline
It depends on the size of the job: a typical house takes a few days, larger buildings take longer, and a big commercial project can run for months. We will tell you what to expect once we have seen the roof.
Not necessarily. We just need access to the property and any relevant areas. We’ll coordinate logistics with you before work begins.
We monitor weather closely and take precautions to protect your home. If rain is expected, we cover and seal any open areas before the rain arrives.
Yes, we obtain all required building permits.
Warranty
We provide a 15-year workmanship warranty on applicable installations. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately and vary by product.
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and labour. If an issue arises due to our workmanship within the warranty period, we’ll repair it at no cost to you.
The warranty covers our workmanship. It does not cover damage from storms, falling trees or other outside causes, or from work someone else does on the roof. Keep up the maintenance we recommend at handover and it stays in force. That means an inspection once a year for most pitched roofs and twice a year for flat and commercial roofs.

Okanagan-Specific
Yes. Our asphalt shingles and our concrete and stone-coated steel tile carry a Class A fire rating from their makers, and our flat roofs and metal roofs can be built to one. See our wildfire page. This is especially important for properties in the Okanagan’s wildland-urban interface areas.
The Okanagan’s hot summers, cold winters, and significant temperature swings create unique challenges. UV exposure, ice damming, snow load, and thermal cycling all affect roof longevity. We design our installations specifically for these conditions.
