A new five-building residential development in Kelowna, and we did everything that keeps the water out, from the foundations to the ridge: foundation waterproofing, the patio decks, and every roof on all five buildings.

Tar & Gravel to Torch-On Conversion.

A church in Kelowna needed its upper flat roof replaced. We took the old tar and gravel off down to the insulation and built a new two-ply IKO torch-on roof in its place.

The torch-on roof on a downtown Kelowna building was worn but still sound underneath. Instead of tearing it off, we repaired it and laid a new IKO cap sheet over the top.
