We inspected the roof first and marked the areas that had to come off. A manlift and a crane got crews and materials up. In those areas the old tar and gravel, insulation and damaged plywood were removed and the deck repaired.
New insulation and a fastened base sheet went down, then the cap sheet was torched on across the roof. Five new copper drains and new downspouts carry the water away.
