PVC roofs, installed and repaired.

As PVC roofing contractors, we install new PVC membrane roofs, weld new PVC sections into older PVC roofs, and repair the PVC roofs already up there.

We install Carlisle, Soprema and GAF PVC, and we will tell you honestly whether PVC is the right roof for your building.

What a PVC roof is.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a single-ply thermoplastic roofing membrane, heat-welded at the seams like TPO.

It is flexible, so it follows the parapet walls, corners and pipes where most leaks start, and it resists fire and chemicals.

Installed.

We install new PVC roofs on commercial, industrial, multi-unit and strata buildings. On an occupied building, we plan the work around the people inside.

Welded.

Hot air fuses every seam, so the finished roof is one continuous, watertight sheet. In white, it reflects the sun instead of soaking it up.

PVC or TPO?

PVC and TPO are similar systems: both are single-ply thermoplastic membranes with heat-welded seams. TPO usually costs less. PVC is more flexible and stands up better to chemicals and fire.

On a roof that is PVC now, new sections and repairs are made in PVC, so they weld to what is already there.

Some prefer PVC, others prefer TPO. We prefer TPO ourselves. We install both, and recommend one once we have seen the roof.

Already have a PVC roof?

We repair PVC roofs too, along with every other type of flat roof: leaks, flashings and ponding, found and fixed.
