Everything went up to the roof, with fall protection set up high above the street. New plywood was fastened down through the insulation to the deck, and we built up the low spots so water no longer sits in the gutters. New copper drains went in, then the EPDM liner, with every seam sealed.
New custom-bent metal tucks under the parapet cap and laps over the liner, the flashings under the tile were refastened, and the joints at the railings and metal seams were sealed.
