At a West Kelowna winery, we re-roofed a building from old torch-on to a white, fully adhered IKO TPO membrane.
Guard rails went up around the edges and materials came in by crane. We took off the old parapet metal, stripped the old torch-on, and fastened new insulation and a protection board to the deck. The TPO was then glued down across its whole surface, every seam and corner sealed.
To finish, we capped the parapets all the way around the building with new custom-bent metal.
