Materials came in by crane. We tore off the old shingles, covered the whole deck in synthetic underlayment and laid IKO Cambridge shingles, with new plumbing flashings and attic vents, and every flashing and vent sealed.
The flat tops got a torch-on layover: we took the edge metal off, cleaned the old roof and torched a new granulated cap sheet over it, stripping in the parapet walls before the metal went back on. The storage sheds got new shingles too, and we cleaned the gutters when we were done.
