A new lakefront home in West Kelowna, roofed for its builder in Eagle Bel Air concrete tile. When we were done, we cleaned the gutters and left a few spare tiles with the owner for future repairs.
Gas Station Canopy Re-Roof.
A gas station canopy in Penticton, re-roofed from tar and gravel to two-ply IKO torch-on. The station stayed open the whole time: we worked around a full, working gas station without disrupting it.
Commercial Multi-Unit.
A new five-building residential development in Kelowna, and we did everything that keeps the water out, from the foundations to the ridge: foundation waterproofing, the patio decks, and every roof on all five buildings.

Giving back in Kelowna.
In January 2024, Castanet News told the story of a Kelowna man in need whose leaking roof our crew repaired free of charge. Castanet wrote that the company ‘decided to put humanity ahead of profits’.
