On the Commercial Multi-Unit development, we did everything that keeps the water out, from the foundations to the ridge, building by building as the structures went up.

We stand behind our work.
We provide a 15-year workmanship warranty on applicable installations. It covers defects in installation and labour: if an issue arises due to our workmanship within the warranty period, we’ll repair it at no cost to you. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately and vary by product.
Keep up the maintenance we recommend at handover and the warranty stays in force. For flat and commercial roofs, that means an inspection twice a year.
